Institutional video created to introduce Adif company. It begins explaining the coming into effect of the Railway Sector Law in January 2005, and its consequences for the spanish railway. The changes that this new law on railway sector brings, are shown, on one hand, in the division of transportation services, and on the other hand, in the railway infrastructure management. This means the segregation of old Renfe in two new companies: Adif and Renfe Operadora. The competences of Adif are enumerated: building and maintenance of infrastructures, railway traffic and network management, assistance in railway services, control of capacities and charge of canons.
